We are really pleased to announced our new WCC Regional Director for the Caribbean region, Rich Smith.

Rich is a retired ATCo from San Juan, Puerto Rico who will be coordinating participation from those colleagues operating in the Caribbean. Without any doubt Rich’s experience, knowledge of the region and passion for air traffic control and aviation will be a strong asset.
