The tournament is overseen by a Board of Directors and organised by Sport Training of Madrid, a prestigious company in the field of organization and promotion of sporting events who ensures the tournament is professionally run in accordance with the Laws of the Game, as authorised by the International Football Association Board under the control of the F.I.F.A.
The Board of Directors will assist Sport Training of Madrid in the organisation of the WCC and will ensure the rules of the tournament are followed by all participants.
